Powered Roller Conveyor System

The Powered Roller Conveyor System is a core material handling equipment widely applied in modern warehousing, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics industries. Unlike gravity-driven roller conveyors that rely on load weight and slope, this system uses an external power source to drive rollers actively, realizing controlled, efficient, End Of Line Packaging and seamless transportation of goods from point A to point B with minimal manual intervention—it has become the backbone of automated intralogistics and streamlined production lines worldwide.

The system is composed of modular and integrated core components,EOL packaging equipment  ensuring stable operation and flexible customization. Its key parts include:

– Rollers: The direct contact part with goods, usually made of galvanized steel, stainless steel, or plastic-coated materials; some are rubber-coated to increase friction and prevent load slipping. – Drive Unit: The power core, mainly divided into centralized drive  and individual drive. – Control System: Equipped with PLC, photoelectric/proximity sensors, and speed regulators, enabling adjustable speed, positive/negative rotation, zoned accumulation, and intelligent linkage with other equipment.

– Accessories: Including merge units, transfer units, turntables, and adjustable legs with swivel casters, supporting line merging, right-angle transfer, direction adjustment, and mobile use of the system.

Complete end of line packaging system working principle is straightforward: Post-Packaging Production Line  the motor drives the reduceror directly powers the roller , then the rotating rollers push goods forward through friction. The control system adjusts speed and direction according to operational needs, and sensors monitor load position to realize automatic start/stop and accumulation, avoiding collision and damage to goods.
