Delivery Coverage & Lead Time

Domestic Delivery

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days, depending on destination and product availability.
Priority Delivery
Available upon request for urgent requirements, subject to stock availability and logistics arrangements.
Project-Based Delivery
Available onLarge equipment, production lines, and customized systems are delivered according to the agreed project schedule and installation plan.

International Delivery

International shipments are available for selected products and destinations. Delivery schedules vary depending on the destination country, shipping method, export documentation, and customs clearance procedures.

Please note that import duties, customs fees, local taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified in the commercial agreement.

Estimated international delivery schedules will be confirmed upon order processing.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after confirmation of the Purchase Order (PO) or payment, depending on the agreed commercial terms. Our team verifies product specifications, delivery requirements, and project schedules before processing to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. Customers will receive order confirmation and delivery updates throughout the fulfillment process.
For expedited or express shipping options, we prioritize your order to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

Tracking Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time. Please allow up to 4 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the confirmation email.

Returns & Claims

Any delivery discrepancies, transportation damage, or product-related issues should be reported promptly upon receipt of the goods.

Claims should include the Purchase Order number, delivery documentation, photographs (if applicable), and a detailed description of the issue.

Each claim is reviewed individually by our technical and customer support teams to determine the appropriate corrective action.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are subject to the stage of production, procurement, or shipment.

Special-order products, customized equipment, imported items, and completed engineering services may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has commenced.

Please contact our sales representative as soon as possible if changes to your order are required.
